Fluxys is the independent operator of the natural gas transmission, transit and storage infrastructure in Belgium. The company also operates the LNG terminal and Hub in Zeebrugge, one of the leading international short-term gas markets in continental Europe. Thanks to its resolutely forward-looking approach, Fluxys has developed its infrastructure to make it an ideal crossroads for cross-border gas flows in Europe.
Fluxys has more than 1,000 employees, around half of whom work at the headquarters in Brussels. The other half are employed in the regional operating sectors, the intervention centre, the LNG terminal, the storage facilities and the compressor stations.

Function

You play a key role in attracting, identifying and selecting key talents while sharing our values and developing our employer brand;
You detect the growth potential of the candidates you meet;
You deliver a first class recruitment service to your internal stakeholders, you feel confident and comfortable using a combination of sourcing channels (social media, job boards, direct search, career events, external recruitment agencies);
As the first point of contact for the applicants, you share and are a real ambassador of Fluxys’culture and values;
You manage the recruitment process of your portfolio vacancies: sourcing, screening, interviews and assessments follow-up, contract offers, onboarding;
Your vacancies portfolio includes a wide range of functions in different fields: commercial, engineering, finance, HR & IT, etc;
You ensure proper feedback and follow-up with applicants, as well as with the business;
Taking into account their business reality, you act as a partner with our Hiring Managers advising them through the whole recruitment process;
You develop candidates channels building networks inside and outside the company: colleagues, agencies, schools, and other avenues to attract top talents;
You monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends;
You constantly strive to improve quality, time and cost efficiency of Fluxys’ recruitment strategy and processes, sharing experience, best practices and ideas with the team.

Profile

You hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Communication, Business or similar fields and can demonstrate 5 to 10 years' successful experience in recruitment and selection;
You keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the sector and digital tools;
You have mature judgment and strong people assessment skills;
You have an headhunting approach and are an expert in talent identification;
You have excellent communication skills and are result oriented with a can-do attitude; 
You are proactive and have sense of urgency;
You have a positive attitude and an ethical approach to recruitment;
You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English;
Demonstrated experience with SHL testing tools is preferred;
Affinity with HR systems (knowledge of Taleo is a plus).
