For the Commercial division at our headquarters in Brussels (near the train station and subway, see the map here) we’re looking for an Corporate Commercial Officer (m/f/x).
The Corporate Commercial Department helps Fluxys prepare for the future and achieve more as a Group by developing and strengthening commercial capabilities in key areas of strategic importance. The team works across business lines and functions on strategic transformation initiatives that deliver added value for clients, reduce complexity and unleash synergies across the Group.

responsibilities
- You will lead and contribute to the company's business initiatives on a project and ad hoc basis
- You will advance projects, identify issues and find solutions with stakeholders in areas such as business economics, market knowledge and the offering of commercial products for the Group
- You will interface with the various management structures within the organisation in order to support decision-making and ensure the smooth flow of information
- You will continuously improve existing tools and processes within the framework of Corporate Commercial projects in collaboration with other departments
- You will work in a small team in an environment where priorities change rapidly
About
you

For this role, you have:
- A master's degree (or bachelor's degree with equivalent experience) in a field related to the company
- Ideally some initial experience in the natural gas or electricity sector
- Ideally some initial experience in data management and migration
- A strong business mind and commercial acumen
- Passion about data and IT tools and significant experience in data processing (analysis, visualisation, automation, etc.)
- A positive and diplomatic attitude in your approach to solving problems
- An ability to coordinate cross-functional projects, working transparently between departments and international business units while communicating effectively
- Fluency speaking and writing English and master French or Dutch
