Job
respon­sibilities

• As part of the ongoing development of our foreign operations, you are responsible for monitoring the activities of one or more Fluxys' shareholdings abroad with a view to tracking and optimising their performance
• You support the Group in order to en International Asset Manager hance its efficiency and its integrated operation as regards shareholding management. You identify improvement opportunities and potential synergies
• You coordinate and manage the process for reporting key events and periodic results of subsidiaries to the Group’s General Management
• To this end, you :
  • assist management with the development of local projects, ranging from process optimisation to designing a suitable market model
  • develop projects for the benefit of local management
  • constructively challenge local management on its objectives, results and approach
  • act as a bridge between the local team and the expertise available at Group level
  • report on the subsidiary’s activities at Group level
  • liaise regularly with teams from the subsidiary to keep your finger on the pulse and proactively eliminate factors that could lead to underperformance within the Group
• You prepare the position of the Board members representing Fluxys and coordinate this with the positions of the other shareholders
• You identify opportunities for Fluxys – in the broad sense of the term – and follow them up after consultation with the management team
• You coordinate or lead projects implemented across multiple assets as required. These projects can be more technical or commercial in nature

About
you

For this role, you have:

• A degree in commercial engineering, civil engineering or a master in economics, political science, etc. – preferably with a complementary degree in business management
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment
• A strong aptitude for analytical and synthetical thinking as well as excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills and the willingness to take initiative
• A cross-cutting and results-oriented way of working
• The ability to learn fast and fit easily into a reactive and demanding environment
• A fluency in Dutch, French and English
• The willingness to travel abroad frequently
